Andreas has graduated from Middlesex University London with BA in Accounting and Finance, he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and he is a qualification holder of the Advance Diploma In International Taxation (ADIT).
Prior to AE Odia Services Ltd his former professional endeavours included working in audit firms and in administrative service provider.
Andreas has extensive knowledge and experience in international tax planning, transfer pricing, direct and indirect tax, auditing, and reporting.
Andreas provides tax and advisory services to local and international clients alike.

Emilios graduated from the University of Manchester in 2009 with a BA in Accounting and Finance and qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2012.
He started his career at KPMG Cyprus in 2009 and has worked for six years in the Audit and Tax department, specialising in the Retail, Funds and Banking industry. During his time at KPMG, he seconded twice at KPMG Luxembourg to specialise further in the Funds sector.
In 2015, Emilios continued his career with Ernst & Young (EY), specialising in Financial Services Industry (CBC entities and CySEC entities). At EY, Emilios was also involved in advisory projects in relation to AML compliance of Banks and ASPs, MiFID II, Pillar 3 disclosures, ICF and many more advisory projects.
In further pursue of his goals and targets of constant learning and development, he joined a major Investment Bank in Cyprus, as Head of Finance. His tasks included, among others, handling assets of more than a billion worth, in Cyprus and abroad and also monitoring the financial compliance of the Bank with CySEC and other regulated jurisdictions.
As of 2022, he is one of the Directors of AE Odia Services Ltd, offering audit, tax, advisory and compliance services to both local and international clients. He is also offering professional services to Cyprus Investment firms such as compliance, AML and risk management services.
